At Kent County High, we are proposing an idea for water fountain filters that will make our drinking water cleaner and safer for teachers and students. This filter will also make it easier to refill water bottles!
Background - We have standard water fountains but want to raise money to install new fountains to fill bottles easier. Long range goal? Students have reusable water bottles they can use with the school logo on them too!! |
Impacting the streams right next door!
National Honor Society picks up trash regularly to stop it from running down into the stream. Bottom right picture shows how the road bends down to Churn Creek. You can also see how detailed they are in picking up the trash - they get every little piece!!!
